Site not loading Godaddy saying server up

Hi My site is not loading the my domain provider says server is up. Please help me.

Godaddy guys says the WP-Admin and other files were last update this morning which is unusual and admin access is only with me. So far I have moved the plugins file to different folder. Increased size by adding the line define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); in wp-config.

The site darbhangatimes.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
