Site not loading on iPhone & iPad

    The last 24 hours or so, I’ve been having a problem viewing my site from my iPhone/iPad apps. I can see the post in edit mode, and I can do a successful edit and repost. But from the Posts menu, if I click ‘View’ on an article’s submenu, the progress bar seems to get about 90% done before it freezes. The site seems to be fine on my laptop. My views have been lower than normal this week, so I suspect I’m not the only one experiencing this. Thank you

    Hi @scottsox, we’d be happy to take a look. First let me make sure I understand:

    I understand you’re using the WordPress App, clicking on Posts, tapping the three-dot menu and choosing View.

    And then that’s crashing no matter what post you view, right?

    Or, are you viewing a post in a mobile browser like Safari and it’s crashing there, where your visitors could see crashes too?

    In either case, if you restart your phone, does that help at all?
