Site not responding

    Hello
    Please can you help me. I’ve been struggling to get help with my current site because I keep getting directed to an old account I had back in 2020- so I cannot log into wordpress.com because it used these old details. I just deleted the site but the account is still active and its blocking me from logging into the current one. I need to delete the old site I created a long time ago so I only have one. I’m scared to delete incase I delete all my sites. Or should I be at wordpress.org to get help? This is all so confusing. HELP

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
