Site not responding

Our website is not responding since yesterday, without any changes from our end afaik. Jetpack has this error: ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t responding to requests.’ where the help article says to contact support.
DNS seems to be working, and a traceroute seems to die after a Level3 box somewhere…
