Site not working

  Hello, today I tried to log into my website as administrator to do some changes but i was unable to log in and received an error that my credentials are incorrect, even though I am sure they are correct, just in case i clicked on forgot password option to change it, but no email was send even after website ensured me the email was sent, can you help me please?

  Correct account: Yes
