site not working!

I have been trying to set up my site but I couldn’t be more confused. I’ve been watching youtube videos and noticed that my site url always said some temp domain url. A video said to change url in settings. So I changed it to my url I signed up with and at first did not type 1 letter. Then I found a video to how to fix this through bluehost, so I did. Now when I try to login it says this site has had a name change, been removed or temporarily down. What do I do to get my site back??
