Site not working after installing plugin – Filezilla won’t connect

  Hi,
  I’m hoping you can help. I am assisting a friend with a website, and this afternoon I updates a plugin. Now, the website is down and I can’t login to de-activate the plugin. I have tried accessing it using Filezilla, but that isn’t working either. Please help. Thanks

  The site you’re working on is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
