Site recovery
-
I’ve already made a post on the forums regarding this and was told that since my site is self hosted, I need to reach out to my sites’ ‘host’ for assistance. So, I reached out to Dynadot (this is the registrar & not the host apparently?) they’ve told me to contact WordPress support (again). I’m now at a loss of what to do with no viable way of retrieving my website. WordPress says to contact Dynadot, Dynadot says to contact WordPress. It’s all very silly. Can someone actually please assist me with what to do. Not an answer that redirects me to more questions. I don’t have a wordpress.org account only a wordpress.com so I can’t request help there and I’m not even sure what the difference is/would be. I’m apparently not able to use FTP or cpanel for whatever reasons
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I see you posted the same question here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/website-admin-site-unresponsive
With this in mind I am closing this post and marking it as a duplicate, but you are welcome to continue to reply in the other thread, thanks!
