Site Redirect

  Hi there, I purchased the WordPress Redirect plugin and it’s working. My issue is that if a users is on Google and clicks on the wordpress site link that is anything other than the homepag, the user will get a “Not Found” 404 error. I thought with the redirect, any page on the old WordPress site would redirect to our new site at http://www.malagashbiblecamp.com?

  Our old WordPress site that has the redirect is malagashbiblecamp.wordpress.com

  Yes, that is the case. But you have to set up your new site so that the URL structure matches your previous WordPress.com site’s structure. The redirect simply places your new domain in front of the existing WordPress.com URL.

  So http://malagashbiblecamp.wordpress.com/2011/10/24/become-a-financial-partner/

  becomes http://www.malagashbiblecamp.com/2011/10/24/become-a-financial-partner/

  If that URL does not exist on your new site, viewers will see a 404 error.
