Site Redirect costs more than advertised

    I’m trying to redirect my site to a self hosted site. I tried to use the map it option, but it just keeps charging me $18 for the domain (which I already own) and $8 for domain privacy (which I already purchased when I got the domain). I can’t figure out how to be charged correctly. Why doesn’t it just cost $13?
