Site redirect not working

    I recently changed my blog name from mysimplerealfoodlifestyle.com to holistichealthdiary.com. The domain for mysimplerealfoodlifestyle expired and I did not renew it but instead purchased a new domain for holistichealthdiary.com. When i go to purchase a site redirect however it asks me to redirect the new blog (HHD) not the old one (MSRFL). Also any old links to recipes or pages do not work. Please help!

    You cannot actually set up a site redirect for an expired domain. Since mysimplerealfoodlifestyle.com is expired, we cannot control traffic to it, and if we have no control over the traffic to it, it is impossible to redirect that traffic.

    Does that makes sense?
