  There does not appear to have been any attempt to delete this site or account. Are you the owner of this site and want it deleted?

  If so, you must confirm ownership by logging into that account. The account you are posting from, cverner13, is not associated with the site you are looking to delete.

  I deleted the account that I thought has the site in it. I could see it was a blog that we had tested out.

  Understood! As staff-doublebassd mentioned above, the site is on a WordPress.com account that’s still active (not closed). So you’d need to log in to that account and then either delete the site or close the account (which automatically deletes the site as part of the account closing process).
