Site Renewal

I am trying to renew my premium site and after inputting my payment information I am stopped at the checkout with a red error that says my blog is not subscribed to some of the features listed. Also the error message cuts off of the web page (the top part of the message is cut off) and doesn’t give me options to continue with my renewal. How do I renew my site if it won’t let me proceed with checkout?

I want to know if my site has been renewed. It was suppose to be done Dec 16th but the card on the account expired and I added a new one today but don’t see a statement. Any ideas? I haven’t been able to find contact info for wordpress.

It looks like this got sorted out as the expiration date is showing as 2017 now. However, in case you didn’t figure it out, you were trying to renew with an account that was not the owner of that upgrade.
