I paid $96 on 8/14/21 now trying to start my website, site is asking for another $96.
My first email address was (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I changed it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

It looks like you haven’t changed your email address. Instead, you created a brand new WordPress.com account with the new email address. The previous account (where you paid for the premium plan) is still active under the first email address. You’ll need to log in to that account in order to see the site with the WordPress.com Premium plan.
Because you created a new account with the new email address (the Gmail one), you’re being asked to pay again as the two accounts and sites are completely separate from one another. Please log in to the WordPress.com account using the first email address to access the premium plan you purchased.
If you don’t remember the password, you can follow the steps below to change it:
Please go to https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and enter the email address there. A password reset link will be emailed to you that you can click to change the password of your account. Afterwards, you can use the new password to log into your WordPress.com account.
