site security compromised?

Hello
I noticed that when I logged into my admin on my wordpress site that a new username was associated with the account in the top right hand corner. I tried to delete the user, not possible. Now I cannot go on my website nor go onto the admin page, it says the page is not working and unable to handle the request. When I login to bluehost or wordpress the website is no longer associated to my account. Please help me to get my site back online and to delete this unknown user
