  why should I upgrade the site?, I thought wordpress sites are free. Wooecommerce is also suppose to be a free plugin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WooCommerce isn’t a plugin available for the Free Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/#built-in-plugins.
  If you want to use WooCommerce you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/#using-other-plugins
