Site showing XML code rather than menu and 'contact me'

  the XML code is showing public I believe I am missing a plugin or some other reference.
  Any ideas?

  Hey there, the site isn’t hosted with us, but what I see isn’t XML so much as shortcodes from plugins like Visual Composer not working.
