Site stats transfer

  I have recently moved to a self hosted WordPress site and I am looking for a way to transfer the stats. I.e. Page views and subscribers from thegamestechblog.wordpress.com to gamestechblog.com. I have been unsuccessful in doing it myself. Any help will be appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
