Site suffered a critical error. Can’t do anything

I recently reactivated my site and I saw that it was bugged, so I uploaded last known backup. However it caused my site to crash and know everytime I try to open it, it just gives me a critical error. A white screen with that 1 phrase. When I try to access the admin dashboard, I get the same problem. I didn’t receive any emails about it and I do not know what to do.
