  When I try to enter our web site, the web site shows that ‘http://p3nlhclust404.shr.prod.phx3.secureserver.net/SharedContent/redirect_0.html’ what can we do for this?

  This is certainly not a wordpress.com error. As very clearly stated you must contact your hosting or registrar on the given number.

  It doesn’t seem that the site you’re working on uses our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. General help with using the open source WordPress.org software comes from the forums over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
