Site Taken Down and Account Removed

    Hi there,

    My account on alectoriaschoolofmagic.com is unable to be accessed, and recently disappeared without sending me a notification or email. We are currently not in season so I did not notice when this had happened. We have a lot of various materials and links associated with the page + custom coding that would be very difficult to replicate on a new website, and I have paid for this domain for a good couple years now. We host via Bluehost, and if that is possible the issue please let me know if I should contact them. However, the account associated with ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ should be available and I have had several emails from WordPress over the years, so I know that it was functioning with that address.

    The site I need help with is alectoriaschoolofmagic.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    The site you mentioned was not hosted here. Here’s the difference between the free WordPress software and our services:

    That said, I can try to point you in the right direction! From what I can see, it looks like an issue with the domain name, so I would contact whoever you bought that from, and also contact Bluehost to ensure your account with them is fine.

    If you can get the domain under your control, pointing it back to Bluehost shouldn’t be an issue, and you’ll have the site up and going again within a few hours.

    If you aren’t able to get the name back, you may need to get a new name and change the site address. Bluehost can help with that:
