Site ‘taken over’ by Japanese.

    If I try to go into my website I get to a Japanese company. Their info is different every time I go in. This happened Friday. My hosting co fixed it and said it is because updates were outstanding. It happened again today. How is it possible for this to happen & what must happen for the problem not to happen again?

    I am receiving a Forbidden error when visiting the site. Checking the whois, it appears https://xneelo.co.za/ is the domain Registrar – is that the host you are working with?

    If so, I would continue to touch base with them as neither the domain nor the site is hosted with us here at WordPress.com.
