  I just went through the process of transferring http://www.move2playphysicaltherapy.com to Aleah at (email visible only to moderators and staff). She will need direction on updating to the business plan and with the plug ins used on the site.

  It doesn’t look like the site was transferred to that account but, in any case, if the owner of the site needs help with anything, they will want to reach out with details via https://wordpress.com/help/contact.

  To simply purchase the plan, they can go directly to My Site>Plan>Plans.
