Site transfer

Hello,
I am interested in transferring my site from Vistaprint to WordPress. I have worked hard to get my site to where it is and would hate to lose all of my hard work. Is this a possibility?
I am also curious to know if my domain email will transfer without losing emails? What system is used for email through WordPress?
What is the pricing on a plan for a website that I am managing myself?I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
