  I’m trying to transfer this site to the following user:

  Username: evodent19
  Admin Email Address: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  But I’m receiving the following errors:

  ‘The specified WordPress.com user does not seem to exist: evodent19.’
  ‘The specified WordPress.com user does not seem to exist: (email visible only to moderators and staff).’

  What’s wrong?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is because that WordPress.com account doesn’t exist. They first need to create an account on our platform and then you’ll be able to transfer them the site.
