  Hi. I’m new to wordpress and I dont know why my site says its under construction.
  I’ve already published it but I can’t seem to find the setting to fix it.

  Can you go to your site’s wp-admin dashboard → Plugins and see if you have any plugins that say something like ‘coming soon, under construction, maintenance mode,’ etc? It’s possible you’re using a plugin on your site that is putting the entire site behind the under-construction page. Deactivating such plugins would help.

  If you’re unable to locate it, please contact Bluehost support first. As your hosting service provider, they can help by looking into your site’s dashboard. But if they refer you to WordPress support, please post on the WordPress.org community support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums
