  How can i add a page or block on page for status and news updates for upcoming projects

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy –

  I’ll be happy to help you out with this.

  First: create the new page. Click on My Site – Pages – Add.

  The upcoming events can be listed out in a plain text style with relative links to the events. Or you can even embed a public calendar on the page. Play around, and see what will work best for you. A contact form could be added for each event as a way to gauge interest.

  Second: add the page in to your site menu. Click on My Sites – Customize – Menu – Add New Item – Page
