  The public cannot view my site even though my settings are for public visibility.

  Clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies because that site at https://literaryanglophile.wordpress.com/ is public.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of https://literaryanglophile.wordpress.com/? That site is definitely public, as @timethief also confirmed. If someone is not able to view that site, and clearing their browser cache doesn’t work, they need to contact us themselves as there is something wrong with their browser and/or internet connection in that case.
