  Our site is down since yesterday. The level was downgraded from business to free for no reason.
  We sent a lot of messages today and tomorrow and no one is calling us back.
  Please help!

  It actually happened more than once in a short time period. What is going on? Is this company still on the market? Are they capable of providing adequate customer support?
  We paid so much money for business level and get ZERO response while they made our site dysfunctional for over 24 hours now.
