  Hi I have recently purchased a 3 year ‘Grow Big’ plan with Siteground. This plan includes building a website myself using WordPress. However, there are only 4 FREE WordPress website templates to choose from with no WordPress templates that you can purchase, so you are really limited to using one of the four free ones that are included. Does anyone know if it is possible to integrate a free template from WP or a Premium template from WP over to build my WordPress site with Siteground?

  You can install any theme on a self-hosted WordPress site like that.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
