  Hello. A WordPress.com website is hosted on the server provided by WordPress.com, it can’t be linked to other hosting without migration.

  If you are looking at the self-hosted version, the software is available for free at WordPress.org. You can reach out to the hosting service provider to see if they have migration service. Thank you.
