sitemap not updating

I added a new page to my website more than a week ago and renamed an existing page. Neither of these changes are reflected on my xml sitemap. Is there some way I can prompt the sitemap to update? If not, how long before it updates on its own? Note: I am not using a plugin, only the automatically generated sitemap. Thank you.

I haven’t actually assigned block titles to any of my pages, but the two pages of concern appear on my menu as “publications” (recently changed from “credits”) and “glob” (the new page)

Hm, the only page with a title under the site you listed is bestforlast, the rest have no title.
Try editing the pages and saving a new title again: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/#create-and-edit-your-pages

I do appreciate your help with this. As mentioned, I have not actually assigned block titles to any of my pages (stylistic choice due to limitations of WordPress free version). I have, however, assigned them distinct menu names, and those names do appear in my sitemap. But the sitemap is outdated and doesn’t reflect recent changes (as indicated in original post). So I am a bit stuck here. Thanks again.

Ok, the pages will need names in order for them to be appropriately reflected in the sitemap.
