Sites down since upgrade to 5.2.4

    Last week my sites were autoupdated to 5.2.4 and since then I get an unable to connect error on all of the websites and their wp-admin pages. I have 3 sites and they all use different hosts so the problem is not confined to one web host. They all use the 2017 theme and they all use jetpack. Can anyone help?

  • Hi chrissieglew, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

    For what it’s worth, I also get “Connection Refused” on the site you mentioned. I noticed, too, that all three sites on your account seem to be pointed to the same IP address. If they’re supposed to be pointed to different hosts, perhaps it’s a DNS error? Hopefully you can look into that.
