Sites not appearing when edited

  I have been updating my pages but when I published my ‘About Me’ page and then looked at my site, the information was not on the pages.

  Also, I own a doman name http://www.pantherwomanmoon.com and I want to use it. Do I really have to pay $99 all at once?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
