sites will not load even though I am logged in ?

I am logged in but when I try to go to my other sites nothing loads- I have no access to any publishing options on current site and it says “sites loading” and keeps on spinning.

Do you mean when you go to My Sites ->Switch Site?
Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Also make sure JavaScript is not disabled in your browser, and try deactivating any browser add-ons, especially ad blockers or anti-tracking plugins, and see if that helps.
Also try unplugging your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it.
Let me know if none of that helps.

ok – concerned I will lose access to this page and my sites as it says I have not published pages, blog posts, and shows nothing on the site or account settings.
It is all blank apart from the date I joined – Nov 2011,
Also not sure of pw as have not used it in a while :(I have at least 2 sites, {https://casadelsolroatan.com/} being the most important.
Is there a way to contact you if I get signed out and can not re-access this forum/support item?

Since you’re already signed in you can go to the Security page (https://wordpress.com/me/security) and change your password. Also, make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account (https://wordpress.com/me/account) in case you need to reset your password.

Ok – I tried to change my password through the link but the save password option does not show up to click after I enter a new password.
