  Ciao, da ieri il mio account WP si è totalmente azzerato, back office vuoto e il mio e-commerce scomparso. Come posso fare a recuperare tutto?? Da cosa può essere dovuto questo problema? grazie

  Hi, since yesterday my WP account has totally reset, empty back office and my e-commerce disappeared. How can I recover everything ?? What can be causing this problem? thank you

  It sounds like the site is actually set up on the other version of WordPress. The open source software – not our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. Please provide the site URL so we can get you in the right direction for some help.
