  Hello, how do I temporarily skip the domain name Step and start building the website first?

  Hi there,

  There should be a link on the domains step to skip, but you can also just type in a key word in the Search box rather than your full domain, and then create your site with the free WordPress.com or .blog subdomain for now. That free address is created regardless whether you add a custom domain or not, and you can use it for as long as you want until you’re ready to connect your own domain.
