Skip to content error on my website

Hi,
i want to get some help about the recent issue.
whenever I open my website , it loads with ‘skip to content’ and there are no images and whole design of homepage is changed.
but when I open any other page or category, there is no issue.
please help me out of this, why and how is it happening?
