Skylark theme, Sticky Post option unavailable and no Slide show option.

    I can’t get the Skylark theme to display the slideshow, nor will it allow me to make any posts Sticky.
    I have read various tutorials/help sections, but the options and fixes they suggest simply don’t work or exist for me.
    The page was started by someone else and I have taken over… Is there a chance they have changed the coding in a way that our posts are no longer compatible with this theme?

    Hi Kate, let’s look at the sticky part first. To make a post sticky you’ll first need to publish a post – right now you don’t have any posts, only pages, as you can see here:

    You can learn about the difference between Posts and Pages. Once you have a post, you can set it to be sticky.
