Slide show uploads in the new media uploader?

I am trying to insert multiple images into my post as a slide show but it appears that this is no longer an option. Will the new media uploader reinstate this feature? I use this tool on a regular basis and my readers continually leave positive feedbacks about the slide shows I insert. In fact, I know that many followers signed up just for this!
Please listen to my request – I have been blogging with you for almost a full year now and would really hate to have to make a move to another provider.

There are a number of threads being opened on the problem with the slideshow following the update to the Insert Media window. Let’s keep the discussion going at this thread, which already has a Staff reply.
Currently you can add a slideshow by simply typing
[slideshow]in your post after you have uploaded your images. -
Thanks for this. I have never had an issue or a question like this before and therefore never posted to the forum. Sorry for cross posting.

No worries. Just want to focus attention on the thread that Staff have posted to. :) Hopefully they’ll get it sorted soon.
