Slider Image not displaying

Multiple things here– first when i try and ask for help with the website above with the username and password I use to log into the account it says that the credentials are incorrect, This is another wordpress account we have associated with the same email I was able to access.
I have a slider image with buttons all set up in the Customize section but it is not appearing. When I add a second image you can even see the slider arrows pop up to navigate between the multiple images. I have messed around with our sites plug ins and image dimensions but the slider images are no displaying. We used to have this slider image set up but when I went to change the link to one of its associated buttons, then publishing the change, the slider disappeared and I have been unable to get it back since.

First: the email address is on the wordpress.com platform the unique identifier. You can’t have two or more wordpress.com accounts having the sam email address.
What site are you talking about as https://maddataorg.wordpress.com/ has never been launched.
