  grasshopper49.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help you.

  Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
