Add topic to favorites
My slideshow doesnt show up on my publicised website but comes up when i am editing the site, any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hi,

The website is linked above: johnsmallarolla.wordpress.com

It is supposed to be displayed in the gap at the bottom of the site, above where the slideshow credits are shown.

Hi there,

I noticed that when I go to edit your homepage I do not actually see any content: https://wordpress.com/page/johnsmallarolla.wordpress.com/17

I do see however that you set this empty page to use the “Footer Only” page template. If I edit that template directly (link) I can see that you added your contents into the template (which is usually blank) instead of the page itself (which uses that template as it’s starting point.)

From what I can see the templates for this theme are not designed to show the slideshow block, which is why it does not work here.

However, it does work if I copy the blocks from the page template, and enter it into a blank page, as you can see here: https://johnsmallarolla.wordpress.com/homepage-copy/

Would you like to set this page as the new homepage for your site instead?
