Slow backend randomly on WordPress site

Good afternoon! Our website backend started running EXTREMELY slow over the weekend and hasn’t sped up at all. We have not added any widgets or plugins which normally could/would slow down backends but that is not the case for us, so we were wondering if there were any troubleshoots options that you could send for us to run through or if you could assist in looking at how we can speed it back up? Our site itself is running slow as well, but not nearly as slow as our backend. It is taking approximately 3-5 minutes to open any page on the backend.

What site are you talking about because your accoun zacheryk doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform?
