Slow Home Page

    Hello,
    i have a strange problem. I just checked my page speed with the google speed insights and I just saw that the pictures on home page are slowing the site. But only the homepage, when you go to a post like ‘safeblackout.com/Prepping-List’ there is no problem. You got any ideas why?

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means our support is limited.

    This perhaps could be down to two things, the template that the theme uses for the homepage, or if the hosting provider is using some kind of CDN.
