Slow reloading

Why is my newly created website taking so much time to reload? it literally takes minutes just to reload, my internet is fine, I can stream videos and visit other sites without any problems.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. With that said though, we recommend https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack-boost/ for speeding up your site.
