slow website and loosing connection

  Hello,
  i am working constantly on my website on WordPress. But its is so unbelievably annoying, every 2 minutes its losing connection and the upload for a small change takes 5 minutes. its not possible to work like this. why is that? And how can i change it? Im paying for a very bad service
