Slow WordPress

  Two days ago my WordPress site slowed down. Not my computer, just WordPress. I have not added or eliminated any apps recently either. I have deactivated unused apps, no help. Simply hitting the Space Bar once while typing in a post, there is a 15 second delay.
  Does anyone have suggestions?

  Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Dreamhost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

  The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
