Small company site on WordPress.com

  Hi,

  I have a small technical writing consultancy. I was thinking of moving my site to WordPress.com. I like the software and the fact that things like backup are done automatically. However, I’ve read somewhere that you can’t host company sites on WordPress.com. Is this true? I can’t see that specified in the TOS. I don’t use things like AdWords etc. It seems a lost opportunity if small company sites can’t be hosted here – as i would be upgrading to include domain name mapping and possibly disk upgrades.

  it’s best you contact support about this. the forums are mostly manned by volunteers who don’t have a definite answer for this for sure.
