SMS and Backup Code Issue

  Hoping WordPress support are looking at forums, as they are about to lose a customer.

  We received an email with the following subject. “Action Required: Renew your WordPress.com Personal plan for perfectbalancedayspa.wordpress.com” We logged in with the correct password but it only offers a text to a phone number. The last two digits of the number is not a number we own. We believe a previous web designer set it up and no one at the company knows who it belongs to. We also do not have any backup codes. Need assistance. Can you send the code to our email?
